Netopia® ADSL2+ Four-Port Wireless Gateway
Full-featured, extended-range wireless gateway for broadband households and small offices
•Wireless gateway equipped with 3D Reach® Extreme technology for increased range and performance
•Multiple LAN options for single-PC households and home or small-office networking
•Simple installation and set-up
•IPTV and Video-on-Demand (VOD) support
•Robust security features
•Advanced Quality-of-Service (QoS) features are designed to help service providers improve efficiency and reduce costs
The Motorola Netopia 3347-02 (North America) FourPort Wireless Gateway combines an ADSL2+ modem, four-port Ethernet router, and an enhanced wireless design for home or small-business users to connect anywhere in their home or business environment. The 3347-02 features 3-D Reach® Extreme 802.11g/b Wi-Fi®technology, developed following the same design philosophy used by leading PC manufacturers. 3-D Reach Extreme uses two radio antennas specifically tuned for both vertical and horizontal range. 400 mW of power provides superior wireless reach, coverage, and reduced interference to minimize dropped connections and dead zones.
Motorola 3347 Modem Specs
With this full-featured gateway, high-speed Internet connectivity is only the beginning. Support for Wi-Fi Multimedia (WMM) assures advanced QoS for wireless delivery of voice-over-IP (VOIP), IPTV, and streaming broadcast-quality video. With four 10/100 Ethernet ports, the 3347-02 can be used to set up a home or small-office network to share a printer, data, music, and video files. To prevent unauthorized wireless access into the network, the 3347-02 supports the latest encryption, including WPA2, WPA, and WEP.
Gateway
The easy-to-install 3347-02 is just as easy to manage. Supporting the DSL Forum’s TR-069 specification, the 3347-02 can be managed and updated remotely, without user interaction.
